Hi, do you see any error messages?

@alfan9ve, A confirmation email is sent to the affiliate with their login credentials. Are you saying they are not receiving the email?

    No error message appears.

I just can’t get into the control panel: [AffiliatesHome].

Yes the email is received with the credentials, that’s ok

What I can’t get into is the affiliate panel

I have cleared my cookies, but it does not work.
When I am on the edit page with [AffiliatesHome] and if I do a preview I see the panel. But if I view the page, it doesn’t work anymore.

I suggest you do a test by doing a signup. The module is only in portuguese mode, I’m not using other languages, but it’s not hard to register even pt.

    Thanks for your help

Hi, please carry out the following troubleshooting steps.

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you

    After some checking
The plugin that was generating the conflict was WP-Otimize

I replaced the plugin with W3 and now it works perfectly.

Thank you for your help and I am more confident with the support to upgrade the plugin in the future.

    Good job!
