Hi,

wondering if you can point me to the right direction.

When a customer accepts only the necessary cookies (or just closes the cookie banner) then if (s)he selects as payment method the credit/master card method, he is not redirected to the bank page.
(This happens only if using Mozilla Firefox, Chrome,vivaldi,opera,..etc works fine. Tested with firefox version 96.0.1 and 96.0.3)
If customer selects all cookies, then everything is working fine.

Any ideas what could be the case?
All plugin versions are up to date.

Hi @dontwonnatellyou,

I visited your site and confirmed the issue, in other browsers as well.

Could you please tell me:
– Which plugin do you use for these bank payments?
– Do you have any integrations enabled under Complianz -> Integrations? Is the problem resolved if you (temporarily) disable all integrations?

If you can tell us this information, we’ll try to reproduce the issue in order to find a fix.

and thanks for your quick answer.

The integrations we have are google maps & Facebook, temporarily disabling them didn’t change anything ..
BUT
in the plugins below i had Contact Form 7 & Woocommerce Google Analytics Integration
Disabling the google analytics plugin from complianz did the job, and now it is working as intended.
I ‘ll choose another plugin for google analytics in a bit, and if the problem persists with the new plugin, i ‘ll let you know.

Choosing another plugin for google analytics, works fine.

My problem is resolved, but even thought it seems unrelated with the problem encountered, the Woocommerce GA plugin doesn’t work well with complianz.
