Redirection to URL not working in translated website

    Hi,

    I am having an issue with the redirection to external URLs when clicking on a picture in a foobar gallery. This only happens in the translated version of the page in question. Instead of opening the URL, upon clicking the picture is displayed in the foobox.

    The galleries work porperly in the original version of the website. Here is the link: https://neue-mobilitaet.berlin/das-projekt/

    Sorry for the delay.

    Just to confirm both the original and English version of the pages have the exact same gallery and use the same FooGallery shortcode?

    That is correct, both use the same gallery and shortcode.

    What translation plugin are you using? The FooGallery is giving a different output on the default and english pages, which makes me think that the translation is storing the post meta data differently for different languages.

    I will have to investigate further together with the translation plugin

    @phillcoxon Sorry for not answering before, I thought you would get back to me (misunderstanding). Please do not close post!

    We are indeed using FooGallery and for translation we used WPML Translation Management.

    Any idea what could be going wrong there or how to change how the post meta data is stored?
