Hi! Probably a newbie question you might have answered a thousand times, but I couldn’t find the right answer and I’m feeling frustrated about it.

I set a redirection rule using URL and login status: logged-out users are set to be redirected to page A, and logged-in users to page B. On the frontend, logged-out users are redirected to the right page (page A), but logged-in users are redirected to page A also, instead of being redirected to page B.

I’m getting crazy about this, and I know it’s supposed to work simply as it should be, but somehow I can’t make it work. I’ve tried all different combinations of options for that rule and yet nothing. My webhost is SiteGround, which has its own built-in cacher plugin. Maybe that’s the reason… Dunno. Thank you in advance for your help and congratulations for this referential plugin!

Can you provide some more details about your redirect such as the source and target URLs? It might indicate a problem

Hi, John! Thank you very much for your readiness to help with this issue. Anyway, I needed to have it solved quickly, and for that particular case, I did it with a user-role restriction plugin. Not the “clean” solution I wanted, but it works.

Anyway, I love your plugin and I use it for simple redirections in all my websites. Congrats for your work with it!
