redirection_logs huge

    Hi there,
    I’ve been using this pluggin excellent for quite some time. Now I noticed that in the database there are 4 files created.

    redirection_logs
    redirection_items
    redirection_groups
    redirection_modules

    and especially the redirection_logs is huge with almost 50MB.
    Is it save to remove or delete its contents completely?

    I truncated the table and no issues
