Redirections is modifying Target URL

    Target URL has $ dollar signs in it like this:

    https://domain.tld/key_id$79433_hash$fe88831ba14b3d3bc011b89a2edda4bf06b0200c/Default.aspx

    Redirections is redirecting to:

    https://domain.tld/key_id79433_hash$e88831ba14b3d3bc011b89a2edda4bf06b0200c/Default.aspx

    How do we get it to redirect without molesting the target URL?
