redirections won’t load; false REST api errors

    Used this for years with no problems. Now suddenly not working although we haven’t installed anything new in a long time.

    In the console I’m seeing endless looping attempts by the plugin to call files in a folder that doesn’t exist:

    /wp-json/redirection/

    The plugin status check shows everything as GOOD, but it cannot connect to the REST API even though WP’s Site Health shows Rest is working properly.

    Any ideas?

    /wp-json/ is your WordPress REST API, it isn’t a real folder. Something must have changed on your site to affect the REST API requests, and this is usually caused by server changes, security software, plugin updates, etc
