Redirects after completing Login / Registration when showing this on Review sec

Hello,
I would like to know why the registration link on the reviews does not redirect to the page on which it is clicked?
Forexample, when a user needs to login before placing a review, they are told they need to login or register. The Login link has a redirect back the page which is ideal, however the register link does not, therefore defaults to home.
Can you fix this?

No.
Why?
Because WordPress registration is a two-step process whereas the WordPress login is a one-step process. This is why WordPress allows you to add a redirect to the login URL but not to the registration URL.
wp_login_url($redirect = ”) – Retrieves the login URL with an optional path to redirect to on log in.
wp_registration_url() – Returns the URL that allows the user to register on the site.
