    Hi,

We have moved a shop from one hosting-company to another. The new hostingcompany uses lightspeed sever. That’s why we installed Litespeed cache instead of WP-rocket on the new host.

We notices lot’s of 301-redirect error and in Chrome we saw ‘Too many redirect’ errors. We deactivated all plugins related to 301-redirects, checked SSL, Site URL etc etc, but the problem remains.

After clearing the cache for 1 page and refresh it, the page was working. But another page again the ‘too many redirect’ issue.

I disabled the Litespeed Cache plugin and the problem was gone. I can access every page I want without errors. Also the command curl -I -L <URL> didn’t show any errors.

What can cause this redirect issues? It is causing by this plugin.

    Kind regards,
    Roland

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    please try this

go to toolbox -> debug setting , set debug to ON , log level to advance , debug include URI , add product-categorie/kids , and then reproduce it again with above , (you may need to clear cache first) , let’s see what log says.
