Redirects not working

    I have 110 simple URLs links set up so I can track clicks on each one and none of the redirects are working. Instead, users of our site are being send to a “page not found” instead of the intended destination. The destination links are all working properly. The simple URL link is what shows in the address bar, it is never being send to the destination URL. It recently broke within that past month or so because I know it was working through most of May.

    I’m running wordpress 4.9.6.

  • Hi, @fostertysonblake!

    Please can you visit the Settings → Permalinks page in your WordPress admin area?

    Visiting that page will refresh your site’s permalink rules, which is often enough to fix issues like this. You may find that the /go/ links then work afterwards.
