Redirects on wptouch.com site

Wanted to do some work on a wptouch child theme today. 
However the website is in a morass of redirects to itself. (see below). Which makes it hard to find the guide that I wanted to look up. Can't even lookup my licence.

BraveNewCode appear to have sold the product. Does anyone know who the incompetents who brought are? I wish to complain about wasting my holiday time on their screwup.
