    Hi,

Is it possible to redirect to another page when the countdown timer reaches 0? How can I do this? Thank you.

    Best,

    Jana

    Hello Jana,
This is a feature that is built in to T(-) Countdown Control. However, T(-) Countdown Events can also be used with the free version to fire all kinds of events, including redirects at any point of the countdown.

In addition, our pro versions come with a very high level of personal support that is often well worth the price of the plugin.

    Hi,

Thanks so much. Where can I see the instruction on how to set the redirect when the countdown expires? Didn’t see this anywhere. Thank you!

For T(-) Countdown Control, you simply set the launch target to redirect and enter the url you want the page to redirect to.

For T(-) Countdown Events, you will create a event that is triggered at launch and have it fire a javascript function that redirects the page.

If you go pro, we would be happy to assist you getting a working solution set up on your site.

Ok, great. I’ll think about the pro but want to try the free version first.

I want to display a countdown timer on my website that redirects to another page when the timer expires. I think for what I’m looking for I need the Countdown Event, correct?

Do you offer refunds if it doesn’t work well in my site?

Also, can I add the html into an email to show the countdown timer? Thank you!

    Best,

    Jana
