Redirects with special characters dont working

Hi,

When I use the link redirect option with special characters in the old url like /foro/calendar.php?month=8&year=2014&c=1&do=displaymonth or any url with ?, &, ., etc, to new url like home (/) o any new url, the redirects dont works, still apeear 404 Not Found, and google reminds me that I have this fallen link, i have nginx in my server, how fix this error?
