Rediredt & Conditions not working

Hi team, I have 2 issues that I can’t seem to resolve. 1. I have a thank you page that my Caldera form is supposed to redirect to once the form is submitted. This isn’t happening as expected, what’s happening is that on submit the form is just reloading, it is sending the form to my email but when it reloads the form it appears to be reloading to a different URL. My URL is /thank-you/ but on submit it is going to /thank-you?page_id=6895&cf_id=7 I’m not sure where the end of this URL is coming from as I have ‘post name’ selected under permalink settings on WP. Any ideas what could be going on? I have tried both absolute and full URLs for the Caldera redirect with the same results. 2. I have set conditions to change what is displayed on the form based on which toggle option the user chooses. It would seem that no matter what I do, there is always 1 option that isn’t working. For example, right now….all toggles are working except the option if someone selects ‘logo’ from the toggle switch, this should hide the below fields but it doesn’t:
What is your web address so I can take a wee look? *
Who is your hosting company? *
Who did you purchase your domain name through? *
If I get ‘logo’ working then the ‘website’ + ‘no’ (to do you have an existing website question) option toggle breaks, ‘logo’ will start working properly by hiding the above and ‘website’ + ‘no’ will start displaying the same fields as above when when it shouldn’t. I hope this makes sense. I have tried many variations and there is always 1 that won’t work.
