    Hi,

Since updating to WordPress 6.4, I noticed that the percentage shown in Redis Object Cache’s menu has decreased from an average of 95-98% down to 86-92%.

Is that to be expected? Should I change anything in its configuration?

    Thank you!

Hey Rafael, that can happen after updates, but it may pop back up to the typical 98%, it’s dependent on WordPress core.

Unfortunately mine isn’t going back up even after a few days. Just checked now and it was at 83%…

We’ll investigate this, but it may be related to query caching changes in 6.4.

@rfischmann: We see >95% on WordPress 6.4 vanilla without any plugins. If you’re seeing consistently around 80% then it might be 3rd party plugin that need to update their caching strategies.

Generally however, a 80% hit-miss-ratio is still great.
