Redis object cache vs RediSearch

Can we use Redis and RediSearch both at once?
for redis we have plugin called https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/redis-cache/

For the RediSearch we have plugin : https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/redisearch/

I think RediSearch used only when someone do search on wordpress site otherwise for the normal cache redis object cache will used am I correct ?

Dose your plugin also support for wordpress api, custom post types & it’s api ?

W3 total cache also comes with redis cache option should we use that also we need use this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/redis-cache/
