A submission from our website https://technisys.com/brochure-cyberbank-digital/ was blocked and marked as spam but was later discovered to be not actually a spam submission and so we marked it as “Not Spam”. Now, is there a way or any API you provide through which we can get these “Not Spam” marked submissions and store them in our database?

    Hi.
There is a way to export requests from your CleanTalk Dashboard to a CVS file: go to Dashboard -> Log -> Anti-Spam Log -> Find the requests you need and mark them -> Use Bulk Actions “Export to CSV”.
Also, if the option “SPAM comment action” in your CleanTalk Dashboard enables on “Move to spam folder”, all spam comments will be placed to the folder “Spam” in the WordPress Comments section. You can find old spam requests in the WordPress admin panel -> Comments -> Spam folder.
    Did it help you?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
