RedPro Menu Items

I am trying to get the menu beneath the title to list only items I choose. For example, at the time of this post, I have 9 page titles in listed in the header including “Blog” and “Take A Poem… Leave A Poem…” I do not want the blog or the take a poem (which is the home page) showing in the list.

I went to Appearance > Menus and added the titles I wanted to show but not the ones I do not want to show. According to the menu list, only the titles I want to show are in the menu. Still, once I save, the two items I do not want keep appearing on all my pages. The “Automatically add new top level pages…” box is unchecked.
