Reduce evolve theme header padding above and below logo

Hello,

I’m trying to reduce the amount of padding above and below the logo in the header of my website. I’ve spent hours following different instructions from just about every website on the first two pages of google and nothing has worked. Most of the code that people say to delete or change simply doesn’t exist in my theme editor the same way that people lay it out on the existing support forms.

Can someone help me out with detailed instructions on what piece of code to change/delete to reduce the padding? I’ve seen generic answers like theme editor> custom-css.php> padding-bottom:, padding-top:, etc., but needless to say, that hasn’t done me any good.
