Reduce featured image size on post

Hello,
How do I reduce the featured image size on the post pages? I tried changing it in the CSS, but it doesn’t seem to work. Here’s a post where the featured images is too large: https://www.stuffed-pepper.com/should-your-pet-be-gluten-free/
Any advice would be great. Thanks!
