Reduce header size on all pages except home

Try adding this custom CSS to Additional CSS box and test:

body:not(.home) .wp-custom-header figure{
    height: 50vh;  
    position: relative;
}

body:not(.home) .wp-custom-header figure img {
    position: absolute;
    left: 0;
    bottom: 0;
}
