Reduce paragraph spacing

Hi

I’m trying to reduce the amount of space between paragraphs on my site – specifically, this page https://therealfitnesscoach.co.uk/all-advice-list/r28-real-fitness-plan/

I’ve tried adding this code to the CSS Stylesheet Editor but no matter what figure I put in (1, 100 or 1000) it doesn’t affect the spacing.

margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}

Please can anyone help?
