Reduce shipping cost if a product is in the cart

  • Hi.
    Will this be possible with the plugin:

    You have a product A and a product B – both with different shipping cost like A=100 and B=10.
    If I buy only B, it will be shipped with the costs of 10. If I buy A+B its only the higher shipping cost with 100…

    Or is there any other way to do so?
    Maybe someone has a simple solution.
