Reduce size of the header picture?

It looks like those dimensions are set in the custom-header.php file.

I can’t find a way to resize it using CSS only, so you’ll likely have to modify that file itself via a child theme.

I’m not able to help with that level of customization, but you can find the documentation on child themes to help you get started here:
