Reduce space over and under header

Hi, I use the theme Hueman (here is my site https://vimeddjur.se/.) It is a lot of dead space over and under my header and i need help too make everything to sit together.
One other thing in the top of the right widget area it is a purple box. Can a somehow take it away. I think it is the sidebar top widget. I still want the two sidebars, but not the purple box.
