Reduce the impact of third-party code

Hello, I have some 3rd party codes in my website (google analytics, google tag manager, google adsense, microsoft clarity)

I have set the following settings

Page Optimization —> JS Settings —> Load JS Deferred (OFF)

Page Optimization —> Tuning —> JS Delayed Includes

/gtag/js
analytics.js
adsbygoogle.js
clarity.js
clarity.ms
gtm.js

I want to delay these javascripts but not pagespeed insights tells me to reduce the impact of third-party code

I imported the same litespeed configuration to my staging site and in that site I don’t get the message to reduce the impact of third party code

Please help me fix this issue. Thank You
