How to reduce the price of a product when multiples are bought

Please can someone let me know if it is possible to reduce the price of a product when multiples are bought in one purchase. e.g. 1 product = ￡2.50, 3 = ￡6.50, 6 = ￡11.00, 12 = ￡19 ?
