Reduced CLS from loading css/js earlier?

    The DOM elements in this function have changed too much from start to finish https://prnt.sc/1aok8b9 . Causing CLS increase errors it affects scores and alerts from core web vitals.https://prnt.sc/1aojs6r

    The solution I’m thinking of is to move the css/js (https://prnt.sc/1aoijm5) from the footer to the head (woocommerce-products-filter/views/shortcodes/woof_price_filter_slider.php)
    I used wp-rocket but it didn’t work.
