Reduced utility, does not update preview

  • The last updates removed functionalities that made my interest in the plugin my preference for the creation and recommendation of sites for my clients, I unfortunately have to resort to other options that provide the functionalities for which of the last updates we no longer have them more as for example the functions for e-commerce, also the plugin in the customization mode does not show the changes that are being selected so it makes it very uncomfortable and wasted time when making the general adjustments such as page background, configuring the menus, footer and other options. I really like the plugin but it is not being useful for me because of the above mentioned a shame, I will continue with the plugin in anyway my sites for a while longer, I will continue looking for other alternatives. I hope you can consider the needs of most of your users, Greetings;)

    I think you are not right at all, we did not removed nothing in the latest updates related to WooCommerce, you can see this by visiting our changelog.

    I don’t think it’s good to misinform other people by giving false information!

    Regarding this “the plugin in the customization mode does not show the changes that are being selected” – you are not correct here too, everything works fine on my end and all changes are showed in real time, here is a video proof.

    The fact that something is not working – could be a problem from your end not from the theme.
    From our experience this could be a caching issue or even a server one and not a theme one for sure.

    One more thing – you could open a ticket in the support forum and we could help you with all your question but not misinform others with problems that are happening only on your end.

    These told, it would be really nice from your side to remove this unfair review, open a support ticket and we will try to assist you.
