    Hello,

    We use admin-ajax to send Conversion API events to Facebook. It’s required if there is a cache that might server the same Event ID for multiple events.

    If you don’t have this “cache issue”, you can disable the Ajax option from the plugin’s main page. The second video on this page shows how to check if there is such a problem: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/facebook-conversion-api-capi

    However, not using ajax will not necessarily reduce the load on the server, we will still send each event to Facebook using the API if this option is enabled.

    Additional measures:

    1. Reduce the number of events. Check what triggers you need for the Signal event and turn off the other ones. Remove unwanted custom events, if any.

    2. Completely turn OFF Facebook Conversion API. I don’t recommend it.

    3. Upgrade your hosting.
