Reducing Load of Javasrcipt Files

Hello,

I was checking my page with https://www.seobility.net/en/seocheck/ and it suggests me to reduce the number of Javascript files. The page is loading 5 JS files.

I use Autoptimize and saw that the plugin excludes the following files:

wp-includes/js/dist/, wp-includes/js/tinymce/, js/jquery/jquery.js, js/jquery/jquery.min.js

I wonder if I simply could remove these files from that exclude list or not?
Could it cause any harm to my website if I remove those files from the list?

Also, I did not enter those files to that list, so I guess Autoptimize does it for a reason on default.

I hope someone can clear things up for me.
