Reducing stock twice for front-end purchases

@claudiosanches please have a look at the issue description on GitHub project issues page and the fixes proposed by the community – they are waiting for half a year to be reviewed.

This issue affects everyone who upgraded to the recent/latest versions of WooCommerce and invalidate the functionality of the plugin, messing up the inventory stocks.
