Reentering Email Address and Name for Sent Emails

You can change your email address on the Settings tab (in the Online mode section).
You can change your name on the Agents tab.

Changing the name on the agents tab does not change the “To:” header in emails. It’s using the name I inputted when I first activated the plugin.

Ah… I see what you’re saying.

At this point, deactivating the plugin will reset the email address quickest (and the rest of Lively’s settings).

Other than that, there is a wp_option called livelychatsupport_settings. It is a JSON string. subscriber_name and subscriber_email are what you’re looking for.

I’ll put it on the list of things to add for a future version.
