Reference on Bank statement nowhere in the WooPayments Backend

    Dear WooPayments Team,

    I get a lot of payments with the same amount – but I can not find a way to link the daily payments I receive in my bank account to the deposits / transactions I can see in the WooPayments Backend. Please tell me where to find the reference from the bank statement on the deposits page. Otherwise there i no way to identify the payments by our accounting.

  • kudos to the thread starter for their composure throughout the thread. I too have similar concerns as the reference ID on my bank deposits (generated by WC) does not match anything on the WC interface.
