Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP: Google Search Console

I am getting a Google Search Console issue “Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP”. Here are the 2 links affected:
I used AMP validator to check the errors for the above links and got the two errors:
The mandatory attribute ‘?’ is missing in tag ‘html’.
The attribute ‘onload’ may not appear in tag ‘link rel=preload’.
I am using Rank Math Plugin on my site.

Thank you for contacting us, As we checked your pages we noticed that they do not have AMP version of page, as they have code comment
<!-- There is no amphtml version available for this URL. -->When we checked source of the page, it may be due to AMP page might have been disabled for that page from backend settings or an validation errors has been allowed (Kept)
We will recommend making sure that all validation errors are removed
Also make sure that you have enabled AMP from post settings
