you can fix that error: “Referenced AMP URL is self-canonical AMP” (or in spanish you can see also “La URL de AMP de referencia es de otra página canónica” as in my case),
by doing the following in your functions.php or as a custom plugin:

add_filter('ampforwp_the_content_last_filter','jc_fix_ampforwp_canonical',50);
function jc_fix_ampforwp_canonical($content){
	$content = preg_replace("/<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"([^>]*)\/amp\/\" \/>/", "<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"$1/\" />", $content);
	return $content;
}

This is a fix for removing the ending “amp/” in <link rel=”canonical” href=”xxxx/amp/”> tag, which will fix error in GSC.

We have inspected your issue and it is valid. We have created a GitHub ticket regarding the issue and it will be fixed in upcoming plugin updates.

This issue has been fixed in the latest version of the plugin(1.0.72). Can you please update the plugin and check once whether having the same issue or not. Then let me know.
