ReferenceError: email_form is not defined

Does it work on the default theme with no other plugins activated? Sounds like a theme or plugin conflict on your end due to email-js.js not being loaded or there is already an existing JS error on your site.

I’ve got a site on HostGator getting the same error but prior to that error I see

SyntaxError: expected expression, got '>'
fy="";emailL10n.max_allowed=parseInt(emailL10n.max_allowed);>)}>)]}>)>)}}

Tried with all plugins off and with twenty thirteen, same issue.
