Referral from redirect payment gateway plugin makes no sense?

Hi theere, If you use a redirect payment gateway like Realex redirect then in the referral area of Google Analytics it is showing the payment gateway as the leading referral when of course the customers are coming from somewhere else. What is a work around for this as right now anyone using a redirect payment gateway plugin means you do not see the true referrals here? This is what I see as my second highest referral for example and its the realex redirect page epage.payandshop.com
