Referral url – can it be changed?

    Hi there,

    By default a referral link generates the following:

    https://competitionarcade.com/my-account/?wwref=17

    Which when a referring user follows the link just takes them to a blank “My Account” screen, as naturally the user would not be logged in.

    How can I change this so that either 1) the user hits by default the signup page, or a landing page where I can add some content.

    @vr6pete You can override woo-wallet-referrals.php template file into active theme folder and change the referral url.

    Do you have a guide for this? I’ve copied the woo-wallet-referrals.php to [my-child-theme]/woo-wallet/woo-wallet-referrals.php and doesn’t seem to be picking it up the changes?

    You have to copy the template file into woo-wallet folder.

    Yes done that, does not appear to be working. If it helps its a child-theme and using the “Impreza” theme
