Referral Website & Multiple Email Question

I’m in the process of setting up a “referral service” wordpress website. In a nutshell I’m trying to get paid by the click when someone fills out a form of information and submits it. The companies that are in contract with me will then contact the person based off the information they’ve received and try to close the lead.

Two problems:

1. Does wordpress have a plugin or the ability to have multiple emails set up? If a person hits a “submit” button after filling out a form, I want that info to automatically be emailed to the company and NOT emailed to me. If it comes to me, then it’s an added step to manually forward all inquires to each individual company. I do want it to go to my database so I know someone filled out a form, but I don’t want to have to spend the time to send out each inquiry…it’s just redundant imo.

2. Does wordpress have a invoicing type plugin that can track when someone clicks a link that will then generate an automated invoice and bill the customer each month? Example: If “company A” gets 10 clicks from my site for the month of August, I want the system to automatically bill their credit card 10(clicks)x.5(Price Per Click)=$5

I’m trying to get as automated as possible, but I’m hitting a roadblock. At the beginning things might be fine to do it manually, but as I grow it’s going to become a nightmare.
