Referrals paid 0? And payment question

    I successfully installed your plugin in combination with the woocommerce plugin.

    I have two questions:

    – I created 3 test sales totalling USD 8.37 commission (everything is fine), but I closed the orders as successfully paid and completed. Now stats looks like:

    Accepted referrals pending payment: 3
    Referrals paid: 0
    Monthly Earnings

    MONTH EARNINGS
    September 2016 USD 8.37

    Why is referrals paid still a zero?

    – Also, when I pay my affiliates is there a way to clear stats or something?

  • Hi leeuwtje,
    If you see your affiliates-area page from the dashboard, after the ‘Referrals paid:’ string, you have the ‘[affiliates_referrals status=”closed”]’ shortcode.
    So, when you ‘close’ your referrals, then they appear as paid.

    Hello Please, I want to take out time to appreciate your wonderful plugin, it was superb. However am still upcomming in wordpress CMS. I want to know, how can I pay my affiliates or how can they withdraw their funds and commissions earned. Is their any plugin for that, or is it gonna be a manual payment method. Please need reply and advice.

    Please refer to this section in the documentation https://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates/totals/

    This also applies to the OP’s question, you’ll see closing the related referrals in bulk is possible there which is used to mark those as paid.
