Also – the option “user came via search engine” is also not working for me.

Did you cleared your cookies in order to test it? Do you have other display rules?

    (@fran2)

    Yes, I cleared cookies.

    I am using
    – is Admin (for test purposes)
    – show on all pages
    – not mobile phone
    This works.

Once I add the Referrer or “user came via search engine”, the popup is not showing anymore.

    Any ideas?

You are adding the rule as AND or a new group ( OR ) ?

    Thread Starter fran2

    (@fran2)

    As an AND.

I had the same problem and fixed it by cheking all boxs in settings sections of the plugin >>>> From “Settings” Check all boxes:

    X Ajax mode?
    X Unload Facebook javascript
    X Unload Google javascript
    X Unload Twitter javascript

I reall do not know exactly which one fixed the problem but it was resolved anyway…

    I hope this help,,,,

Do you see any error in your server logs ? It should work normally. Try with or without ajax mode to see if that makes any difference.

    Regards
