Referrer stays blank. Is it normal? unique clicks not seen

    As a test, I tried clicking my links using different browsers. I got 5 clicks recorded. how do i edit it to show only the unique clicks? i tried using the customize report, but it still shows 3 of the same clicks.. and what does it mean if the referrer stays blank?

    Do enlighten me on this one.

    Every browser you used will show up as a unique hit, even if it was from the same computer. I just ran some tests with a few browsers and the hits are counting fine for me with the latest version of PL. And narrowing to unique only using the Customize Report feature is also working great.

    If the referrer information is always blank, it could be due to you visiting the pretty link directly in the browser address bar, instead of placing the link on a page somewhere and then clicking it.

    Pretty Link Lite does not. Pretty Link Pro does allow split testing and conversion reports to be generated though.
