Referring Signups With Ultimate Membership Pro

I am using Ultimate Membership Pro register page but referring signups doesn’t seem to be working, on the other hand, when I use default word press signup it works fine.

how can i make the referring sign up work with another sign up forms like Ultimate Membership Pro.
