reflex.js – not working

    Hello!
    Would you please help with getting worked – reflex.js

    https://www.netzgesta.de/reflex/
    I downloaded reflex.js.
    Uploaded it to x-files.net.ua/js – so the path is x-files.net.ua/js/reflex.js

    in the header.php i added like this:

    <link rel="pingback" href="<?php bloginfo('pingback_url'); ?>" />
<?php wp_head(); ?>
<style type="text/css" media="screen">
<!-- @import url( <?php bloginfo('stylesheet_url'); ?> );  -->
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/reflex.js"></script>
</style>
</head>

    in my post i added a picture like this:

    that’s all i’ve done.
    but no result.
    earlier it was working for me!!!
    after reupgrading WP it’s not! ??

    help please.
