Refresh Ads not working

    Hi..I cannot get the Refresh ads in the same spot to work (top banner ad). I have followed the tutorial and have cache busting enabled and have the option checked and set to 5000 milliseconds but my ads don’t change. I have 4 ads set up in a group also. Am I missing a step?

    Had to check the “enable passive cache-busting for all ads and groups which are not delivered through a placement” option also.
