You were correct. My previous issues were related to the theme. A programmer friend put in a work around so those things are working now.

But, when people sign up, they get the email, they get the SUCCESS message, but when they look back at the page, they aren’t listed and the page still says there’s an open spot. Then another person goes to sign up in that spot and they fill out their info and then get an error message. If I force a cache reset from my WP admin page, it seems to correct the issue. We looked into trying to get the page to be non-cacheing, but my web programmer friend inspected the page and said that wouldn’t help. He recommended I ask you what I may have set up incorrectly to keep the sign-up page from updating.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You’ve already stated the answer. You’ve got caching going on, either through a plugin or through some setting in your .htaccess file, and the page properly refreshes when you clear the cache. As with your other issues, this has nothing to do with my plugin, and my free support for my free plugins does not include troubleshooting and fixing poorly coded themes or plugins that someone else developed. Turn off whatever caching plugin you are using, and see if that fixes it. If it does, then try another plugin that allows you to specify pages where content should NOT be cached.
