Hi. Is it possible to have the refresh button on the upper bar when I’m editing an article (not only in the admin dashboard)? Or a direct link to save in the browser’s bookmarks toolbar?

    Hey Protocollo,

It sounds like you’re talking about the WordPress Admin Bar. You can enable it by navigating to /wp-admin/tools.php?page=force_refresh, and changing “Refresh from Admin Bar” to “Show”.

Sorry, my description of the problem was terribly faulty ??
I meant: “Is it possible to have always the refresh button on the WP Admin bar when I’m logged as Admin but viewing the site (not the “backoffice”)? Or, if it’s not possible, is there a “function” link (for example https://www.mytestsite.com/wordpress/wp-admin/forcerefreshnow) so that I can launch the refreshing process from my browser menu bar (while I’m logged, of course)?
    Thanks in advance!

    Hey Protocollo,

Yes, it is possible to enable the Force Refresh bar to show up in the WP Admin Bar by navigating to /wp-admin/tools.php?page=force_refresh, and changing “Refresh from Admin Bar” to “Show”.

For security purposes, initiating a refresh require a cryptographic nonce from WordPress which requires you be logged in.
