Refresh Contact Form with Contact 7

  • I am running confidential sites and I used Contact 7 as a vehicle to have my clients acknowledge their informed consent of my services. The problem is when a new person attemts to send an email to me via contact 7 the previous client’s information is still in the fields. Therefore the previous client’s information comes up. KIs there a way to have the contact form start off fresh- without any prior information in the fields.
