Refresh every second

    I have just installed the Row Seats Plugin for a test, but could not get it working: My booking site is unusabel, it refreshes every second.
    Example here
    Versions: WP 4.5.2 / Row Seats 2.64 / Theme Weaver II 2.2.2
    What could be wrong?

    That’s usually caused by a conflict with another plugin or theme. More than likely it is the jquery.

    Please try the following. deactivate/delete Row Seats and reinstall. See if the issue goes away.

    If not, then disable all plugins and leave Row Seats active only, if you see that it works, then one by one enable/activate your other plugins, until you see which one causes the conflict.

    If problem still persist, try another theme such as the default theme from wp.

    Other than that, if you have tried all options, and still the same issue persists, then please contact us so we can further look into it for you.

    Thanks for your quick response. Your are right, it’s the theme. With the WP theme “Twenty Sixteen” there are no unwanted refreshes anymore.
    Now I have to think about, because its not so easy to change a template that meets our coorporate identity…
